Newsletter rules

The newsletter is provided by:

The newsletter provides information about products, services, projects, promotions and topics relating to windows, doors, winter gardens, sun protection and subsidy programmes.

The newsletter is published irregularly. There is no entitlement to a specific frequency or content.

Subscription takes place in two steps:

1. The User enters an e-mail address in the subscription form and ticks a separate consent box (not pre-selected) for receiving the newsletter.
2. GLAZE then sends a confirmation e-mail containing a link. Subscription becomes effective only after that link is clicked.

Without confirmation, no addition to the mailing list takes place.

Subscription is voluntary. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future and without giving reasons.

Withdrawal is possible via:

• the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter,
• a message to the e-mail address stated above.

After withdrawal, the data is removed from the list unless statutory retention obligations apply.

To evidence consent, GLAZE records the following:

• date and time of subscription,
• the e-mail address used,
• the IP address of the subscription,
• the version of the consent text valid at the time of subscription,
• the time of confirmation (double opt-in).

This information is used solely to evidence the consent given and is stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

For managing subscriptions and sending the newsletter, GLAZE uses a CRM / mailing system (MileFlow). This provider processes the data solely on the basis of a data processing agreement.

Data is not passed to other third parties for advertising purposes.

GLAZE reserves the right to amend these rules with effect for the future where necessary for legal or technical reasons. The published version applies.
